I've had all sorts of bad experiences with VIA but I'm stubborn and think this Nano thing is very nice in the paper. I'm not willing to try it before it's settled though.
@Andre Ondre: I'd definitely take the Nano over the Atom. Intel's always had a problem doing low-end stuff; when they set out to make a gimped processor, they really outdo themselves.

I think they're using a lead-free process now so that shouldn't be a problem.

I'm not disagreeing with you altogether, but 25W vs. 4W is a huge difference, and a valid trade-off for speed if that's what you want.
