    The blocks look like colorful gelatin, only more crystal-y! What a beautiful design. But too expensive, I think you could assemble a more affordable version for much less.

    In some ways, that tray is too striking. A big part of sushi is presentation, so you want a plain serving dish for contrast. All the colorful jello blocks draw attention away from the meticulously-crafted sushi.
