"Chalk up another net neutrality win for the good guys"
So all in favor of "net neutrality" are now the good guys, and those opposed, the bad? I don't know why you guys are always so one-sided.
You know, there is quite a large gathering of very well respected people who are opposed to net neutrality. Like the inventor of TCP, for example. As well as Cisco and virtually every other networking hardware manufacturer.
@The_Gas_Man: we're one-sided because as a blog, we're allowed to have an opinion. and it just so happens that most, if not all, of us at giz happen to support net neutrality.
@citizen024: There needs to be a new forum punishment tool for the people who post:
"DUH YOU MAKE POST SAY FIRST NOW YOU BANNED SO HARD YOUR FACE... FIST.... FACE... ASS!!! I WIN I'M BETTER THAN YOU!!!!!!!!!!"
@BudGuinea pig: On the contrary, I believe that calling out people who say "first" is an important regulatory mechanism. Have you noticed how (comparatively) productive the Gizmodo discussions are compared to a typical internet forum? One reason is that people have to be approved by a moderator to post. Another reason is that stupid posts like "first" are publicly attacked and consequently, do not happen very often.
