They cut a few slits in the bag and place it in a papery pillowcase (2nd pic). The waitstaff places the pillow in front of you and the plate on top of the pillow. As the pillow deflates you smell the aromas of whatever they vaporized.

I have a dream to fill a vape with a mixture of spices (maybe montreal steak spice?) and to actually attempt to COOK a piece of meat in one of those bags. It would be like a mixture of steaming and smoking. Thoughts?

Ah yes, the Vulcano, an excellent way to inhale those nutricious vapours! A bit on the expensive side...

I rather roll a nice big joint, and will continue to do so as long as our government alows us to. (time to get the garden-shed up and running)
