@Lite: killed Dumbledore: Yea, but they also have to know about how much filth is coming into the water dirtying up the water. If lets say 3 gallons a minute were coming in, and those things could turn 1 gallon a minute then that would be kinda... well, not worth it. But if it pumps out 4+ gallons of water per minute, then it is worth it.

@KTK1990: So you're saying that if what's going out cannot keep up with what's coming in you should do nothing because obviously slowing the rate of damage isn't any better than not slowing the rate of damage at all?
I really should just keep driving my Hummer about because we're not completely off of oil and no longer producing, so producing less pollution is no improvement.
