1. make blow darts out of sewing pins. wrap thread at the end and cut for the feather. blow out of pen housings.
2. using rulers as a fulcrum to emed pushpins into the ceiling.

Supposedly this was a test of a next generation ICBM that can avoid missile defense systems (interceptors, lasers, etc...), and supports mid-course maneuvering. Could it be that this is the mid-course maneuver? That it was a thruster, not a leak, causing the spiral flight path?

In some cases it can be better to let a rocket land whole instead of blowing it up, in which shards of rocket would rain down over a large area.
