    Uh yeah, call me a stickler for my roots but I'd rather have a machine from these guys.


    And, even though I cannot afford either piece of icecream making equipment, I CAN go to just about any state fair and eat the ice cream there.


    It really is the smoothest and most flavorful ice cream I've ever had.

    As an Icecream Freak I can not even guess how many gallons I would have to eat to even break even . The next time I have an extra $35,000-$75,000 though I am going to find out.

    @jamderson: Just go to a state fair and find the nitrogen made ice cream vendor. There seems to be one at just about every fair these days since the guys @ Iowa State University built their machine and drug it to the Iowa State Fair. There is always a line for the stuff anywhere I see it.

    Is it NSF certified? You can't use it in a kitchen if it isn't. Why should this cost so much. It should be cheap as hell.
