    I always heard that Mozilla was from the dev team at Netscape whose first competitor was Mosaic, the first true web browser.

    @OMG! Ponies!: Mine is based on the fact that I love my collection of sexy, way-too-high heels.... they are beautiful, but agony for me to wear for any considerable length of time.


    Unfortunately people tend to assume I'm either goth, or full of myself, or both... based on the name. Oh well. :) And btw, I *love* the name OMG! Ponies! it has made me chuckle ever since I saw your first comments here! :D

    I used to call fire fox my the name of it's maker, Mozilla. Unfortunatly it took me a while to realize it wasn't pronounced 'Mot-zilla' so most people though I was talking about cheese or my hero Godzrilla.
