Three months later, after a daily workout, specially between static jogging and 10 minute hulla hooping, plus the casual exercises, I'm down to 177lbs. Keeping the motivation going is really hard, but it does work. I'm sure I would have gone further by going at the gym, but for the meantime I've changed so much and feel a whole lot better.
Just my two cents there.

So far I've lost 15 pounds by just watching what I eat and keeping to a running schedule that doesn't include "not enough time, I'll do it tomorrow." Another thing that Wii Fit did was shame me into not skipping days of exercise since it makes me feel like I just murdered a puppy if I didn't turn the thing on for 24 hours.
I'm putting the WiiFit away and buying an elliptical machine, though. Hopefully the elliptical won't make me feel like I've neglected some key relationship if I don't use it for a day or two.

The photographer, lisa, is at fault. Not the camera. I take great photos on that thing.

Eventually she lost weight, looked good, other people noticed her, she cheated on her husband, and he divorced her ass.

I just kind of looked at my friend and said, "Well, she was right. The weight loss was great for you. You lost 160 lbs of dead weight when you kicked her out."

Say, does the Wii Fit do a good snow board emulation?

The skiing ones are kind of fun too.

But yea, it made me eat better and go to the gym. I've gone from borderline XL (some would argue I was in XL) to M now and pants 34,35 to 31,32.

I'm reminded of Wall-E.

The nice thing about the wii is it also measures balance, etc. So you can figure out in a hurry how out of shape your core muscle groups are.

I mean, if I were billionaire, I'd rent a New York art gallery, and pay you what ever it takes so you be yourself for a week testing gadgets within a model of your apartment made completely again inside the gallery. It could be nice.
have a nice week end ;)

in my experience, video games havent improved my vision, but they have improved my reflexes. no joke!

Unfortunately I have mostly offset that improvement with my consuption of tetra-hydra-cannabinol...
