Did Nintendo make Brian's Mii for him... Jesus Christ! My Mii doesn't even remotely look like me... you'd think since the whole Mario thing you'd be able to make an Italian fairly decently!
WiiFit helped get me into exercising regularly... I only played it for about a month then sold it, but only because I joined a yoga club, did P90X, and am now about to run a marathon.
Haven't tried Wii Fit yet, but I found that changing to a healthier diet and getting off my ass helped me lose 30 lbs in four months and get a BMI that's healthier than Chen's.
@Rosa Golijan: I'm new here and still get BLam confused. That, and I didn't read the last line of the article.
Now that I think about it, my post as a whole was pretty pretentious. I really meant that I'd love to try out Fit sometime ... I've gotten really into being a healthier person, and I'm down for any type of interactive technology that could be a part of that.
Actually if you buy the $200 arcade bundle you get a discounted (refurbished) 20GB and 1 year live for $30. Way worth it to me, and it'll cost $70 less than the next-highest SKU.
I can see the cost savings in cutting down the size of the PS3. But I hate when people argue that it's just too big. It's a console, I'm not hauling it around with me everywhere I go.
Good god, I hope the won't require motion controls for Zelda games anymore. I freaking dislike motion controls on games that actually matter. It's just no fun for me.
I quit playing Twilight Princess after only an hour of motion controled mayhem. I guess I just don't get it.
The wife/kids play the Wii quite often. Mostly Mario Kart and Wii Fit. I'm the only one who plays games on the PS3 in our house-- to everyone else, PS3 is just a Blu-Ray player. So while others may consider the Wii a paperweight, it's popular in my house.

I'm pretty sure that the Gamecube controller was supported for Z:TP if you didn't want to use the Wiimote.

In the first 30 months the Wiimote has been used as a non-returning boomerang more times than any controller before it?
