I used the links on the wired.com page and am downloading the iso. The wired page also says code won't be available til 12 PST which is in 6 minutes.

1 question... if i got the e-mail from MS to verify my e-mail (Final Step) am I already guaranteed a copy or not? Cause once i attempt to verify it doesn't go anywhere at all

just finished downloading via my technet account. Unfortunately my MBP won't let me partition my hard drive for some reason, so I guess boot camping it is outta the question.

oh well, just have to wait till I get home

The advantage of downloading the leaked version via bit torrent is that it wont expire after August 1 :)

Plus watching those seeder indexes go up makes any pirates' day.

if you crack the activation timer, it won't expire... until the crack stops working like has always happened with the early releases.

You still probably want to at least get a "legit" key and use it on your existing beta copy until the final.

Then, procure the final through your usual means, be it legal or otherwise.
