Not saying this is real,

But for everyone that keeps saying the image would be inverted:

I've seen quite a few devices that invert an image before its projected.

That being said - it sure is reeaalllyyy thick fog to get such a clear image (while minimizing the light refraction) #windowsxp

@SeventhExile: I think the implication of the article is that these were lighted billboards already, and the effect we're seeing is supposed to be the reflection *of* those billboards on the fog. Not an advertisement intentionally shone into the sky.

That being said, I'd sooner think we're looking directly at a billboard. We simply can't see the poles/frame. Unless it was an intentional projection set up in advance, no fog could reflect such a clear image from any great distance. Fog isn't a smooth surface, and impurities in a surface lead to a diffused reflection. Which is why those movies that show an LCD's image projected on to a person's face are wrong. You would instead see a soft, colored glow. #windowsxp

I think people need to keep something in mind: God is omnipotent and omniscient. He knows about Macs and, if He wanted a Mac, He could get a Mac. This Windows error is proof that, in the eyes of God, Mac is simply an inferior product not worthy of His Heavenly Disposable Income.

That's right - given a choice, God chose Windows.

If this teaches us anything, it's that in spite of the glitches and errors which may cause crashing - along with earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, and droughts - running the world simply cannot be trusted to a Mac.

@OMG! Ponies!: In the beginning, there was DOS. Ergo, when God created the world, it was a DOS-only program. As Windows came along, it could run these little DOS programs, and God upgraded his system.

Then came Macs. God was pleased with the work of his son, Steve Jobs, and wanted to use a Mac. Unfortunately, Macs don't run Windows programs. So, God runs Parallels. And what you see is God cursing the crashing of his program, but his ability to get right back to up and running due to Parallels.

All is right with the world because God runs it in a virtualized environment, on a Mac. #windowsxp
