    I have Windows XP on a 4 yr old (fairly nice) system. Can I install the Windows 7 Beta as an upgrade to my XP, keeping the programs I've installed, or would I need to erase my hard drive and install fresh?


    Before July 1st, will there be another Beta for me to install until Windows 7 is released, or will my computer just stop working?


    Is the Windows 7 Beta stable enough to take the risk?

    @MikeBR: If you're asking these questions you should not be running a Beta OS... there's a reason this isn't available to the general public through legitimate channels yet.
