    The way I read the VoIP item (#4) it would allow for Skype or another VoIP app over WiFi. Unless I'm misinterpreting "mobile operator network" and that term includes WiFi.

    That's not so bad. Apple's App Store works the same way... except with the no VoIP thing

    @tande04: well..I've made calls from my iPhone using Skype over wi-fi to friends in NY.

    @jcrockerman: It'll be the same here. VoIP through WiFi isn't prohibited, just over the cellular network... just like the iPhone
