@DeanOfAllTrades: You can.

Or at least you should be able to. Podcast updates came out before iTunes downloads. There is a cap but I don't remember what it is. 10MB IIRC.

@tande04: Yeah, I just tried it - podcasts now work over 3G, though it's tough to find any under 10MB, especially since you can't tell how big they are until you try to start a download.
