    That kinda sucks. I've talked to a few of their techs before, and they're really helpful and friendly. I guess it's good that the flash player is easier to use, but it's not like their existing one is all that difficult.

    @unibrow4o9: Netflix and Vonage have the best customer support I've ever experienced. Pretty much any company could take lessons from them.


    What's weird to me is that they're bragging about it on their blog. They loose Classy points for that.

    Why didn't they just transition those people to other positions in the company?


    In related news, I must say Netflix telephone support people are some of the nicest and most helpful support people I've ever had the pleasure to speak to for support.
