I'd rather just wait a bit for the real slim black Xbox 360, if ever it makes it to retail...

@Schmeeky: Uh... Microsoft doesn't know how many fans you're running or what case you have. As long as this is not functioning any differently than a normal Xbox 360, it's fine.

@nutbastard: Exactly. If 3 moons pass without a RRoD, your Xbox automatically notifies Microsoft, prompting them to ban your MAC address.

Okay, so why did it take this long for a company to profit in this fashion from Microsoft's Epic Fuck-up of the 360?

You'd think at the very fucking least MS would relaunch the Console with a new chassis and a better cooling system.

Oh well, I guess they can do as they please since people still buy their stylish space heaters.

@HeartBurnKid: Agent of R.O.A.C.H.: So you're right, I totally forgot about that piece of kit.

I think it looks TERRIBLE, but hey at least someone thought to make a profit off of MS's poor design.

If I hadn't already bought the 'G' version, I would feel better about buying this one.

Then again, if I hadn't bought the 'G' version AND the now f*cking useless HD DVD drive, I could have bought another XBOX for another TV.

Then again, if I had just never started playing video games in the first place, I could have probably bought a BMW.
