    If you have trouble sleeping try Passionflower. Works very well along with Valarian for anxiety which helps with the nightmares when you do fall asleep. I take both and highly recommend.

    @OldCrow: Actually I find it kind of hard to sleep right after sex... you know, endorphins and all that...

    If i can't get to sleep, i start reading the news paper. Give it 5 minutes and your out cold. Just really concentrate on the story, and don't let your mind wander. Try to pick a section thats super boring, any section besides sports or comics will do. Hey look, i just saved you $400. You can send that money to me through paypal if you'd like.
