    If Zune Guy has a small bit of perception to go back to a brand name he abandoned because of crappy support (considering it now has a new product that might attend his expectations) than IMHO he's still better than a grumpy fanboy...

    I'm not exactly sure where he is but the ceiling tiles look like an office building and in the back ground there is a arcade basketball game. I think I want to be there.
