I'm at my parents' house for the weekend. Loosely translated, I'm doing some minor tech support for the next few days. My mother just implored: Siri now hates me. Can you help me? Sure, mom.
Most of you have experienced something similar. If you're of a certain age or have at least a little knowledge of how those damn smartphones work, chances are your moms and dads and aunts and uncles and grandmas and grandpas have asked for your assistance a time or seventeen. Sometimes it's frustrating, because to you, the answers are simple. But ultimately, you always lend a hand because it's your family and you love them. That doesn't mean you can't still laugh privately and on this website about those issues. What are the best questions you've ever gotten from dear old, not-so-technically-inclined mom and dad?
