Got the Slash solo album the other day. I've never been a huge Guns 'n Roses fan mainly because I never really liked Axl's singing, but this album is unexpectedly awesome. It's simply GnR with Axl replaced with various lead singers from other bands- Motorhead, Avenged Sevenfold, Maroon 5, Soundgarden and Wolfmother all lend their vocal talents, as well as Ozzy and, surprisingly, Fergie.
Check it out if you haven't already people. You won't be disappointed unless you suck.
@Kung-Fu Kurtis Carnivale of Carnage: I think you'll enjoy it- it also seems Slash has been doing Gn'R covers with Fergie and Cypress Hill recently, there are a few on youtube. Not something I would have come up with myself, but it actually sort of works.
@njdevil: Damn good album! What's cool about it is how it showcases Slash's songwriting ability and that he's more than just a guitar player.
I love how every song fits the guest singers so perfectly. Hell, even Fergie won me over! I think she sounds better as a rock singer than a pop singer!
@Kung-Fu Kurtis Carnivale of Carnage: Slash was a bit tame with Velvet Revolver. He was a freaking murdering genius with the axe on the GnR side of things. And I may definitely have to pick this album up.
There's Slash, then Buckethead, then more or less everyone else.

@njdevil: Thanks for the tip on this one. I'm a fan of Slash and his work in Velvet Revolver and Gn'R. I might have to go pick this one up.
