Pirates is a regular DVD-ROM with a 720p HD WMV file on it, playable only with a PC or a device capable with that sort of thing. Pirates WILL NOT play back on a true HD-DVD player.

This entry from Glay'z IS the first real HD-DVD adult disc.

There is an american publisher that will be releasing soon as well, only it will be just new transfers of old old adult film classics from the 70's (Deep Throat, Behind the Green Door)

That HD-DVD Pirates has been out for a while, my friend has had it for at least 2-3 moths.

Did you know: That movie actually has footage taken inside the pirates of the carribean ride in Disneyland!? It does, and Disney has sued, but the movie still rocks.

Interesting... didn't Larry Flynt already say that porn could never succeed in high-definition because the only thing keeping the "actors" and "actresses" palatable is the fact that standard-definition video obscures so many physical imperfections?

Will people continue to snap up porn once they can see all of the track marks, varicose veins, and plastic surgery scars on their favorite performers?
