Yeah, the lack of editability is a killer.</p>
<p>
Though, most disc-camcorders let you use rewritable discs these days. But still, it's far easier to hook the camcorder up to your computer via Firewire, dump it on your computer, edit it, and burn it than to rip the movie off the disc and start editing it that way...</p> <p>Worf</p>]]></description>

My wife wanted the ease and convenience of recording directly to disk so I bought a Sony DVD 305. What a waste. Now I'm stuck with a drawerful of tiny little DVDs full of video mediocreness.</p>

Could have bought a camera with much better specs for the money, and how hard is it to burn a DVD? Last time I listen to my wife. Unless she's willing to put out or something. And willing to burn the experience on a tiny little DVD.</p> <p>Uurp</p>]]></description>
