Pros:
Good New Look and Design
Seems to run more smoothly
E-mails in Full HTML

Cons:
No More Voice Tags, They now have voice commands, which doesn't alwasy recognize the command. The tags were way better!
The Alarm is different, May need a 3rd party App.

Most people are unhappy with the update, I loved the voice tags. But would rather have the e-mails the way they are. Wish I could have both or re-install voice tags in windows mobile 6
