honestly, ipod fanboys are about the blindest people on earth. they can't come to terms with the fact that the zune has somewhat of a better battery life (i've left mine on about 24 hours before, playing, and my friend never turns his off...ever), has a much bigger screen (compare them diagonally), and is only slightly bigger than ipod.
And besides that, it doesn't carry the prep connotations of the mainstream ipod, and it doesn't need to be sent in for repairs every two months. Plus updatable firmware, making its potential infinitely better than ipods ever will be.

More people bought the Zune than you know. Don't buy into MS hype or Apple's bashing when trying to determine how successful or unsuccessful the Zune is/was.

My friend bought one of those, and he didn't like it so much. The battery recharged just like it said, but the extra weight just seemed too much to carry around with.
