The 8g euro version is only about 50 dollars more... but no 3g in the u.s. ... but there isn't even coverage where i live so i guess it would be good to wait and see if there were any decent upgrades that aren't evident just yet.

@TRAAK - the RAM increase in the US release (verse the UK release you played with) has apparently made up for almost all system lag; system lag has always been a bit of a blight for Nokia...really, and extra 64MB RAM costs *that* much?!

@SLEEPYYAZO - the 3G network supported by the US N95 IS NOT T-Mobile friendly.

@PANTSONFIRELIARLIAR - the battery capacity was increased, from 900 to 1200 I believe....but, as battery life was the biggest complaint on the original, even a third better won't make it spectacular.

I will stick with my Ubiquio 503G.

520Mhz, 3G, QWERTY, WM6 PPC and the new ROM gives me great battery life with HSDPA....

How is the battery life on 3G? On my N80, it lasted a little more than half as long when I used it in Italy on 3G compared to EDGE in the US.

I played with a N95 in Heathrow last week and was very disappointed. The OS is very unresponsive. Pressing a button takes effect about 0.5 - 1 sec later. I didn't believe it so I took another one. Same thing :(

I returned my EU N95 after getting one with a couple of dead pixels in the small front cam. The exchange phone has been AWOL for the entire summer. Cancelled the entire package yesterday after seeing the N95 8GB version announcement. Now pondering over what to get next...

My loyalty got punished when I bought the N95 and sent it in for repair in early June and still don't have it back yet. Can't wait to sell this POC as soon as it gets back. I did love the camera, but the customer service is suck-o.
