Get second opinions at Trulia and others. I don't know who sanity checks Zillow, but they need to get their eyes checked. A house up the street from us that sold last year is listed to have sold for $2.2mil when it actually went for about $800k (Sillycon Valley, go figure). Trulia had it wrong too, but they were only off by about $20k.

Other than that, a very cool system that Dash GPS is touting.
