But since both Japan and the U.S. use NTSC, I imagine you could import it and learn what the menus do (since they're all in Japanese) and you'd be all set... until 2009, when all the analogue broadcasts cease to be and you can't use the device anymore.</p> <p>karmaghost</p>]]></description>
