Unless I'm mistaken, certain copies of the book have already been pantsed. Pretty sure I saw the photographic evidence. The only way you can tell the pantsed copies from the non-pantsed is, um, not well known, I'm guessing.

@jamesr242: Well, no, the only thing that's outdated is the hacking section, which changes constantly (and we have a website for that and other errata). Everything else is pretty much the same since the iPhone launch. Apple doesn't make sweeping changes to their UI and apps every round, they just make minor modifications.
