Not always perfect but easy to adjust to. Yes you can use it in conjunction with as many other pointing devices as you wish. Additionally, you don't need foot switches or dwell clicking - simply assign a couple rarely used keys on the keyboard to left and right click.

And Zap42 is right, this one is pretty old. Not even made anymore I don't think.

Wouldn't want a nervous twitch with this. Even better can you see a meeting where people forgot to remove the dot.
