I did though snyc with mine first, did the upgrade on theirs, and then re-sync'd it back to mine.

I called Samsung to troubleshoot, and the rep told me that although the update was available for download on Samsung's website, there was some problem with a patch (he wouldn't elaborate), and I should try again in a few days. Anybody able to install properly?
