The ones on the mogul that they "fixed" after 5 months of me e-mailing constantly, posting in every newsgroup, the HTC Wiki, the HTC forums still don't compete with the BT in free phones. Distance, sound quality, static - all better on free phones than any HTC phone.

I spoke with some at HTC recently and they even admitted the BT on their phones suck. I won't say the persons name for the sake of their job but they said they also experienced the crappy BT issues described in many forums on their own HTC phone.

What the hell is wrong with HTC?

While I would certainly appreciate better video drivers, the BT is the most important feature of my phone next to e-mail, and voice command. If I had full exchange integration on another phone with touch screen functionality, a slim form factor and a large screen I'd be happy to jump ship.

I can understand if you have issues with the alarm clock, and other issues that the HTC phones have but I don't understand how bluetooth isn't one of the most well tested feature coming from any phone manufacturer.

Maybe if we get enough customers, we can all go to this place and convince them (would never work, the emails and complaints don't seem to be working online)
