But not so true for any other type of photography where you have the time to set aperture, exposure, white balance, ISO, etc... 90% of the best pictures I have taken are manually focused and exposed.

Basically the same camera, same body, except with a stop motion woshie,auto orientating screen and a new IS kit lens. Im sure theres more to it, but thats the just of it. For the same money, ide rather get the XSi.

Everyone knows that the lens is more important than the body and that the photographer takes the photos, not the camera. I've seen people with DSLR's taking photos that look worst than on a cheap snapshot camera.

]]> <![CDATA[Nikon D60 to Sell For $750, Hits Stores in February]]> What Bionic is saying is that the D40 doesn't have a motor drive. The D80 is a sweet camera, basically the same as a D200 but a slower shutter (3 Frames a second as opposed to 5 for the D200) Other than that, it's the same camera.
