And as for the "syndicate any boat you row", the line preceeding that was "I DUG a Pony" meaning he had just gotten finished "digging a pony" as it were. By saying "You can syndicate any boat you row" is just a cheeky Lennon way of saying "Any words that I sing in this song, I've just created another "song." He just "syndicated" the "boat you row." It's a fun song and I love the allusions in it. It's not gobbledy-gook if you know something about the Beatles.
