How exactly does leather and felt enhance acoustics? It seems like they would muffle sound.

And does Radio City really use those materials throughout? I've never been there but I doubt it.

It reminds me a "The Childrens Place" at the Mall where I grew up, they had a theater like space that had wave shaped benches you could lay in while watching cartoons. It also had a big slide that went down one side with a stair case up the other. Everything was bright orange! yes I'm a 70's baby

Looks like a nice theatre setup, but I agree with others about the lighting pointing the wrong direction (should be pointed towards the wall and away from the screen), the calibration of the projector is off as Sora57 mentioned, and a couple beanbags are nice but would be better to have a some variety of seating for when your neck get sore - maybe a recliner on the upper level or funky sofa or something...

Yu can say all you want the set up isnt that bad.
Now i would've went another way with the bean bag chairs but the bean bag chairs set up a certain mood.
Also how would you look your hand snakinq down your guest's body while sitting on a beanbag chair. Thats not cool @ all.

@thexdude: Why is anything that is can be considered "modern" always discarded as "belonging in the 60's"? A design like this that completely disregards the contemporary idea of a home theater personally I think is very refreshing.

As far as the lights it was stated that they CAN be dimmed so as to not be overly distracting.

Looks interesting but dated. I'd expect to see this in one of those House of the Future from the 60's. I don't understand why somebody would spend all that money on a theater then have to sit on bean bag chairs. The lighting effect is cool but totally wrong for a front projection setup since they are all aimed directly at the screen.
