I think it's awesome. I can't keep track of my heart rate when I work out. WAY to much math, and you have to know your max... which i don't, then take a percentage. Whatever. I tend to work out too hard for optimal cardio or fat burning (around 170)

Does it tell you to chill-the-hell-out too?
