My biggest problem is the shutter lag time is annoyingly long, so its not the best for split second "OMG is that really Elvis?!" photo-ops. But for what I paid for it (about $100) its hard to top in my opinion

They do not answer emails and there is no contact number to follow up on.

My experience has been horrible each time and I just wanted to share my nightmares with the rest of ya'll. Im sure someone else will come afterwards and laud thier service...

That cool aid drinker probably is mac fan boi too. Heck yeah mac/microsoft war at post 2!
