i came for the good excuse to leave my house hahahahah it was alot of fun.... the Zune was pretty cool... playlist could have been better, but it wasnt as bad i suspected it would be hahahah

Cause everyone there was cool and a decent human being.... and also they took our id's..... which sucked when my binding broke at the top of the hill, and i wanted to buy a drink at the lodge in the middle of the course....... but the zune guy had my ID.. but im glad i had the Zune... it was a LOOOOOONG way down without a working snowboard.... Snoop doggs ego trippin kept me laughin hahahaha

HEy guys.... i came with nutbastard.... i must say, this was a dope trip, i had alot of fun, everyone was really cool

and that new Zune was pretty cool.. i missed the raffle :(, im still a bit bummed from that... but atleast i got to use it while i sucked ass snowboarding hahaha that was real cool

to those of you who are saying that the meetup should've been elsewhere, the reason it was in Tahoe is because that is where Blam has his ski cabin; also, a good chunk of the writers live within driving distance of Tahoe (same with the readers)

Lots of fun was had. It was a pleasure meeting all the Gizmodo crew and even hosting a bunch of them. The new toys from Smith, Microsoft, Nokia et al were fun to play with. The weather was perfect and the snow was amazing.

I was very impressed with all the flatlanders who agreed to hike High Traverse with me. I expected 3-4 people to follow me when I said "hike," it was more like 15. I wasn't sure Nut Bastard's lungs were going to survive it, but everyone made it to the summit and we all had a buttery corn descent to Sherwood. Once was enough for most, but Gregg from Smith made a second lap with me. Speaking of which, the new Smith goggles are sweet. Great field of vision and a pretty cool lens swapping system.

The pictures are fun. 92LeSabre: Lots of pics of Linda (Wil must have had one of the N95s all day). I'm in a couple (helmet, red beard, black jacket and name badge on my backpack strap - oops, I'm not supposed to wear a name badge when I'm not working - oh well). Blam has camo pants on.
