But instead of a regular picture, why not use one of those LCD picture frame and display the one who is calling... To save space, instead of using an LCD picture frame, just display the picture on the monitor when someone is calling... But instead of just displaying the picture to take up the whole monitor, why not just display it as a small icon next to the persons IM name.
