Also, I never befriend any girl/woman with long nails. Long nails like that scream, "Can't be taken seriously." Almost every woman I know working in the tech industry has short nails. No intelligent woman would sacrifice their ability to type over a having "long pretty nails". I certainly don't.

"Only" being able to use your fingers to work the phone is one thing. Yes multi-touch is fantastic but for a guy like me with huge thumbs, it could be quite cumbersome. They should include a stylus at least as an accessory or an input alternative. Then why music on a phone? I don't see the point, you're wasting away your battery life, limiting yourself to iphone "enabled" earphones, low capacity storage and average audio quality (compared to some even cheaper alternatives). Don't get me wrong I love the iPhone, I love how it works and how it looks. But it's more of a toy rather than a practical phone. No 3G support, Bluetooth, crappy camera. You're simply paying a premium for gimmicks and looks.

That said however, I'd still want to feed her to the lions for shaming the entire country.

I think this was more of a joke review, seeing as she claimed she would be "totally biased" at the beginning of the video. It's clear that the only issue with the iPhone she had was the touch screen being unusable with long fingernails. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that she wouldn't be totally happy about the iPhone.

I suspect if she learned that men don't get very excited over needlessly long fingernails, she'd like the iPhone a lot more.

The reviewer, while ditsy, represents a normal non-techie who happens to write a blog and has a tiny amount of knowledge on the gadget-verse. That was both clear and apparent in her review which she pre-stated was going to be biased because like many, she feels Mac fans generally have their head up their ass. (the comments on this video further back-up this point).

It's ridiculous the lengths that some of you will take to defend your premium priced purchases - chill. It's just one person's review.

Macs are fine computers. I bought one for my friend, and would strongly recommend against my dad getting another PC. Apple's commercials? Annoying at best. I like the iPhone for what it is, but personally the only features I would be interested in is the mp3 and the touch screen. But alas it lacks the storage capacity I want. I currently rock a 60GB Zen Vision:M I lurv it. So beyond that I can't justify shelling out the money for a touch screen phone and paying for a data plan I'll almost never use. I personally side with the Nokia N95 for expensive, sweet ass phones. But you keep on rockin' iPhone and you keep on having nice asian titties, hot Singaporean chick. Also on a side note, Singaporeans are some of the worst gamers in the MMO world. I don't want to be racist, but I cannot deny the trend, nor the singlish. kekeke.

i didnt watch the whole thing but i did watch half. she seemingly did an okay job with the examination, and produced something thats around the quality of what individual people could probably produce.

Its not too surprising that she found liked the iphone nockoff more. there is no perfect phone because everyones different. I for instance need a clamshell phone because i need something that will be protected by my pockets and the inside of my book bag..as well as something that wont go crazy from being hit by various objects. I also want a phone with a really good camera in it (and ideally an SD slot) because i love being able to take decent photos any time, any place. i dont need e mail or weather checking capabilities because...thats just me.

i dont see how music on a phone is annoying... unless you dont use earphones and blast it in public. Im pretty sure theres alot of people (including me) that are attached to thier cell phone and absolutely love music. Instead of carrying both you get it in one, simple to use little package.

i had a treo 650 with mp3 software i got and i loved it... being able to go to a friends house or party and hook it up to speakers or share songs with friends (shit i think thats illegal).

and about the touchscreen... I used my friends iPhone and i thought it was pretty cool and a new way to use a cell phone... i had no problems with typing which surprised me.

Yeah, she had some good points. Music... on a phone... yes, Is annoying. I'm not one to lug a mp3 player around or listen to music as i traverse the mall or something, so the MP3 player function is absolutely useless to me.

The only place I would use a mp3 player myself, is in the car, as mass media storage.

The rest of the product, as a whole isnt bad.
The touchscreen, yes, peice of shit.
Honestly, do you people actually perfer tapping those virtual keys that you cannot feel over an actual slideout qwerty keyboard you can navigate with two thumbs? I can bang out texts far faster on my HTC Tyntyn than anyone with an iphone and certainly faster than a regular 0-9 dialpad.

I'm eyeballing the macbook air, but it's still a bit pricey IMO.
I'll consider a iPhone when they enter the 21st century. 2g, come on, are you kidding?
