		    <description><![CDATA[<p>They have to have GPS integrated into this. The Nike+ is so pathetic that its basically just a glorified pedometer - cant hold a candle to any of the real running watches by Garmin or Polar. If Nike is serious about getting into this business, and they appear to be, they MUST have gps integrated into their system. Now whether this is through a watch like the Garmin 305 or an add-on to your ipod I dont know. All I know is I run with the Garmin 305 and tried the Nike+ a few times - its a joke.</p>
<p>And no, the main complaint I hear from any serious runner that has run with this is that it does a shite job of knowing how far you've run.</p> <p>dcmidnight</p>]]></description>
