Blue Moon - If someone in law enforcement were to see this and have a question, upon closer inspection it would be immediately apparent that it's not a suppressor.

Decerbo - that's some funny stuff.

Abledart - Before starting production, we submitted this design to ATF. They determined that it is not a grenade launcher, not a destructive device, and it classified as a non-gun. A copy of that letter is on our website. The cup style grenade launchers you mention are legal to possess and use, as long as you don't launch explosives with it.

I guess it depends how you define "golf"... Unlike paintball (where the act of using a compressed air gun to shoot your opponent with a hollow, thin membraned spherical projectile filled with opaque liquid could technically be considered "painting") most purists put the emphasis of the term "golfing" on the actual striking of the ball by an object, typically a blunt mass attached to a stick, being swung with some part of our body, and not simply the Newtonian observation of the projectile itself.
