How can Panasonic charge $999 for a HT system without HMDI inputs? That's absurd, it means I have to run an HDMI cable from my cable box to my TV, an optical audio cable from my TV to the BT100 and then another HDMI cable from the BT100 to my TV. These HT systems are supposed to simplify setup and cables running to my TV not the other way around.

Wow! I just sent Sony an email today asking them why they don't integrate a Home Theater to the PS3. I guess this is the next best thing to my dream Home Theater/PS3 combo device. Now if only this Panasonic handled MPGs/AVI/DiVX files then this would be the shit. But, unless Sony can put out the dream PS3 (or someone else comes out with something similar to this Panasonic) then I'll be lining up to buy this one when it becomes available.

@Galley: Is the dock truly iPhone compatible or do you have to turn on Airplane Mode?

It has a phone jack, but no ethernet jack? What is this, 1998?? BD Profile 1.1 I assume: obsolete when it ships.
