All this makes me think is how tempted I'd be to complain the cars don't give off fake explosions when they fly off, I may only seen one full episode and a few Youtube videos, but I know that's missing!

The cars in this movie are very hot indeed. If the movie only had some intelligent and substance I know I would be counting the seconds until I saw it.

But I had it get a LEGO speed racer set. What can I say? I got a nice Bionicle Makuta Icarax set the same day too.

when I was a kid, I couldn't wait to get home from school and watch Speed Racer. I still remember that til this day! However, I always wondered why wasn't a Speed Racer race set sold back then? I would have surely had one after begging and pleading my parents to buy me each and every Tyco slot racing set there ever was. Maybe I'll buy this as a collectors item.

I lusted for slot cars as a kid, and my parents would'nt get me one, since I was "girl and girls dont play with cars". I finally got one 7 or 8 years ago and my daughter loved it so much, I lost it to her. I am going to get myseld a NICE one and hide it so I can play with it all by myself. The crashes are the BEST.
