A twenty-something hacker 0wned most of T-Mobile's internal customer records last year, giving him access to such inconsequential information as Secret Service documents and Social Security numbers. But worst of all—what takes this from an understandable mistake on the part of a benevolent multi-national corporation to a matter of national concern—are reports that the hacker was able to get "grainy, candid shots" of Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Nicole Richie, and Paris Hilton, presumably stolen from the servers that host the Sidekick data. America, what is it going to take to get those pictures? If we are not united in a desire to share crappy cameraphone shots of Demi Moore's implant scar puppet shows, we've forgotten what makes this country great.
