Real/Rhapsody is not dead yet. They've announced three new products—Rhapsody 24, Rhapsody To Go, and Rhapsody Unlimited.

Rhapsody 25 is open to all comers—25 free listens, a-la-carte pricing to keep the tunes—while the other two riff on Napster's all-you-can-eat model. Rhapsody To Go dumps DRMed music to a portable device while Unlimited offers just about everything under the sun, for free, all the time. Except it expires if you don't pay.
