Altoids needs to take a hint from the electronics industry and drop the mint idea completely. If they just sold their tins, in the exact same physical form as they are now, but as cases, they could make kajillions.

Since the Apple website is back-ordered for weeks on nano cases, some people have taken the situation into their own hands. A clever fellow over at the iPod Garage Forums has provided nice instructions to build an iPod nano case out of an Altoids tin. It's time to count them up folks. So far we have seen a Creative Zen Micro, USB hub, UMD discs and now a nano all conveniently housed inside of an Altoids tin.
