Samsung launched yet another CDMA cellphone, and this one will run on Windows Mobile 2003. The SCH M600 is a slider with a 2-megapixel camera, a 3GB hard drive, 520 Mhz Intel XScale processor, a 2.2-inch QVGA display, Bluetooth, EV-DO, text-to-speech, video-on-demand, and MP3 playback. Pricing is 700,000 KRW (about USD$670). Not too sure on availability outside of Korea, but with EV-DO built-in, we're hopeful that it'll make its way stateside.
