HP has dumped iTunes off of its desktops and laptops and is using Rhapsody—"The Media Download Service No One Uses! (TM)" —and is no longer selling the HP iPod. What does this mean to you and me? Not much—iTunes is still free and our Windows iPods won't burst into flames. However, there is a definite pull-back by some of these companies in terms of supporting Apple. This is either a move by Apple to take over the rest of the downloadable media world and conquer the living room and/or a move by other manufacturers to punish Apple for being dicks most of the time.
