Unlike the US, RIM is having some good luck in Germany, where a patent court ruled in its favor against patent-holding company InPro, which claimed that certain BlackBerry products had infringed a patent in Germany. Woohoo RIM! Way to go. The hearing in the US is set for Feb 24, so lets hope this is a good luck marker in things to come for the Canadian-based company. I for one am getting a little bit peeved at NTP, which isn't even a real company that sells products. Now Everybody cross your fingers and blow on your Blackberry 3 times.
